At FALY, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with the highest standards of quality and comfort. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accessories and the purchase invoice.
- Orders paid via Tamara or Tabby cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.
- For Promotional offers, all items, including free gifts, must be returned when requesting a refund or exchange.
- Accessories and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Options:
For orders paid online (credit card or other electronic payment methods):
- A refund will be issued to your bank account after deducting a 25 SAR shipping fee (for domestic orders) or 80 SAR (for international
orders). - Alternatively, you can receive a store credit for the full value (after deducting the shipping fee), which can be used for future purchases on our website.
For orders paid by cash on delivery:
- A refund will be issued to your bank account after deducting a 25 SAR shipping fee.
- Alternatively, you can receive a store credit for the full value (after deducting the shipping fee), which can be used for future purchases on our website.
For defective or faulty items:
- A full refund will be issued, including shipping costs, with no additional deductions.
How to Submit a Return Request Online:
- Log in to your account, go to the Orders section, and click "Return" next to the relevant order.
- Fill out the return request form and submit it.
- Our team will review the request, ensure it meets the return conditions, and arrange for product pickup.
- Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund or store credit will be issued based on your selected option.
Note: The return and exchange process may take up to 15 business days, and the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
Return & Exchange at Physical Stores:
- Items can be returned or exchanged at any store within 15 days from the purchase date.
- A valid invoice number (sent via SMS) must be presented.
- Orders paid online will be refunded in cash when returned at a store.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
