Return & Exchange Policy – FALY

At FALY, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with the highest standards of quality and comfort. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accessories and the purchase invoice.
  • Orders paid via Tamara or Tabby cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.
  • For Promotional offers, all items, including free gifts, must be returned when requesting a refund or exchange.
  • Accessories and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Options:

For orders paid online (credit card or other electronic payment methods):

  • refund will be issued to your bank account after deducting a 25 SAR shipping fee (for domestic orders) or 80 SAR (for international
    orders).
  • Alternatively, you can receive a store credit for the full value (after deducting the shipping fee), which can be used for future purchases on our website.

For orders paid by cash on delivery:

  • refund will be issued to your bank account after deducting a 25 SAR shipping fee.
  • Alternatively, you can receive a store credit for the full value (after deducting the shipping fee), which can be used for future purchases on our website.

For defective or faulty items:

  • full refund will be issued, including shipping costs, with no additional deductions.

How to Submit a Return Request Online:

  1. Log in to your account, go to the Orders section, and click "Return" next to the relevant order.
  2. Fill out the return request form and submit it.
  3. Our team will review the request, ensure it meets the return conditions, and arrange for product pickup.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund or store credit will be issued based on your selected option.

Note: The return and exchange process may take up to 15 business days, and the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

Return & Exchange at Physical Stores:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged at any store within 15 days from the purchase date.
  • A valid invoice number (sent via SMS) must be presented.
  • Orders paid online will be refunded in cash when returned at a store.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
